In order to contribute to improving the internal processes of the Hydraulic Works Directorate of the Ministry of Public Works of Chile in terms of programming and management, foreseeing the effect that future emergencies may have, it has been deemed convenient to develop a mobile application that allows the registration of emergency events in the territory defined by authorized inspectors throughout the national territory. These records are transmitted to the Information Systems of the Ministry of Public Works.
Thus, this platform was developed as the initial registration base during the first hours of an emergency.
The aforementioned allows progress towards the Modernization of the State, operating more efficiently in the work of the public function, and improving the coordination of efforts and response times to requirements.
