In this app, there are four main features:
Question - After the Pravachan (spiritual discourse), five questions will be asked by the app.
Niyam - There are eleven rules (niyam) listed in the app, and you have to check/tick them.
Tap - This section includes various practices such as biyasana and ekasana.
Tapasaya - Here, you can see the tapasaya (austerities) you are practicing for a week or a month.
