With this APP, all owners users of water supply contracts with AMAP can communicate with ease and immediacy, the updated reading of their meter.
It is sufficient to have only the relative SERVICE CODE (indicated at the top right in the bills) and DETECTED READING.
After clicking the button "Notify Reading", the service code will be asked.
By entering the service and clicking the Code "Check Service Code", the APP will verify in real time on our systems if the indicated service is existent.
If you receive a negative message "Warning! Code Supply wrong or non-existent ".
If the supplier code is correct, it will open the page to enter the value of reading.
By entering the measured value of reading and selecting "Send Reading", the APP will verify in real time the inserted reading.
If it turns out to be lower than the last reading taken and already used for billing, it will generate the message "The communicated reading is less than XXXX, indicate a higher value"; vice versa, the reading will be communicated automatically acquired on the system and used for issuing the bill to balance.

2) to receive specific information regarding the supply water in the way indicated
3) enabling the holders of contracts, management of multiple users at the end of the readings communications (Address Book Utilities)
4) ability to send reports of technical malfunctions (no delivery, clogged drains, ...) enclosing a photo georeferenced
