Smart charging doesn't work, I am extremely unhappy for several charges the charging has continued to charge past the preset times which has resulted in costing me more despite smart charging being scheduled for set times. Serveral times I have ensured the times are set correctly and it still continues to charge after I have also connected to my vehicle which ultimately logs out my vehicle app every single time which can be rather frustrating

worst app you could ever use for charging your car at home! every other day it doesn't work and has created issues constantly! support is not great as you open a ticket and get a reply it's closed without even investigating! EO app never failed us, ever since EV Energy it has been a daily nightmare to keep our car charged! As other users have said it randomly charges outside set hours and pricing - me er had any refunds or apologise.
