If the citizen is interested in receiving notifications of new content, they must give their consent to the sending of notifications by the City Council, enabling them through the "Application notifications" menu of their Android operating system. This consent can be withdrawn with the same ease with which it was given, through the indicated means, without affecting the notifications received before the withdrawal. The information on the citizen's preferences is not accessible to the City Council or to third parties and their privacy is guaranteed, since this mobile application does not send or store personal or phone location data.
