Lino Fervenza, better known as "The man who walks the meats", has directed the Taberna A de Lino restaurant for more than 20 years, located in the incomparable setting of A Fraga de Moaña. From there, he presents his proposal for happy meats in a project that mixes fantasy with the reality of a unique environment. The key to this initiative lies in creativity to convey a different idea: water, nature, meat and fire.
