The mobile application "DigiPalserviciosurbanos" allows access from mobile devices
(Smartphones, Tablets) quickly and easily to georeferenced municipal information
important for the comprehensive management of reports (notices, requests, suggestions, inspections, etc ...).
The application is a two-way form of communication with the citizen, on the one hand it will allow
citizens report to the City Council incidents, suggestions or recommendations that
deem appropriate in different municipal areas (urban planning, public works, health
environmental…). and on the other hand, it will open a direct communication channel between the
City Council and the citizen, through which all kinds of information will be communicated,
from notices of future incidents (for example, works), such as information about the
main municipal services ..
The App can be downloaded from Android and IOS platforms for free. And through a registry
username and password, you will be able to access the functionalities of the assigned technical profile.
This access channel will allow technicians:
 Access both to consultation and to the collection and updating of information "in
field ”, that is to say, on the field of the themes incorporated in the tool. The
specific functionalities of this profile will require authentication when incorporating
possibility of data editing.
The basic functionalities of the App with a technical profile are:
 Check the status of tasks.
 Communicate with managers (coordinators).
 Notify work done.
 Receive information in real time of events produced on the processing (changes
status in the workflow, comments, etc.).
 Operation disconnected or offline, the technician will be able to carry out work in null coverage
 The technician will be able to interact from traditional telephone channels and carry out the management from the
backoffice, collecting information from professionals who are not connected to the application
with local police, civil guard, firefighters, health personnel.
