Important: Active Charging works through the NFC technology that the phones have, therefore, it is important that your mobile phone has NFC and that the NFC chip is compatible with the beep card! to allow reading.
How does Active Load work?
1. The first thing you should do is download the Active Load app.
2. Once the application is downloaded, press the “Load your beep!” Button, where you can load your card.
3. Once the transaction is done, press the “Activate your beep load!” Button from the menu, bring your card to the back of your phone, wait for the confirmation message and voila !, your card is loaded.
4. You can also check the balance in real time (without lags). Just press the "Check your beep balance!" From the menu, bring your card on the back of the phone and voila !.
Considerations:
- Verify that you have an Internet connection and that the signal is good and stable.
- Try moving your card through the back of the phone until you find the NFC chip.
Manufacturers usually put the NFC chip near the camera or in the middle of the
phone. You will notice that you found the chip because the application will start
operate.
- Once you find the NFC chip, do not move the card until the operation is finished.
