HelpySafe

HelpySafe is an app that, using a BlueTooth device (Helpy), communicates to people who have a problem with their protectors quickly and reliably, transmitting all the relevant information (recordings in real time, location, time, identity, etc. ) so that they can attend or assist them.

Case of use:

1) Through the App you link and configure your device
2) You designate your protectors, who must download the app and accept your request in order to receive your alerts.
3) You have a problem or you are in danger.
4) You manually turn on the HelpySafe device, or it activates automatically in the event of a fall.
5) The app receives the signal from the device, collects the necessary information and sends the alert.
6) Your protectors receive the alert with all the data, including location and recordings in real time.
7) A confirmation is sent to you so that you know that your alert has been received by your protectors.
8) Your protectors will try to contact you or may even mobilize the necessary means to assist you, being able to provide them with precision your location and status.
