MS Pro + is a professional product traceability solution that allows, through the scanning of a QR code or Datamatrix, access to a series of documentation, incidents and events related to the product. MS Pro + allows users to get resources about products through tag reading and get real-time updates on events or incidents that may appear.
The user accesses a simple initial screen with a menu in a lower bar with three buttons. The central "scan" option is automatically displayed. When scanning a QR or Datamatrix code with the app, the user accesses the product file where they can see its characteristics, status, images and associated documentation. The code contains a unique url for each product card. Depending on the type of product, this file is highly variable, with different fields, different types of documentation, etc. In addition, the information associated with each product can be varied at any time from the administration webapp. Wanting to provide the solution with this great flexibility to work with any type of product, and with instantly variable information, is the reason that the code takes us through webview to a product url.
In addition to the central "scan" button, the app menu has a right "alerts" button and a left "home" button. Within alerts we agree to view all the latest events recorded on the product, such as a change in status, change of location, or generation of a new incident. Within "home", we access notifications related to the product, which the user will only receive if they are associated as a "responsible user" from the product file.
