Reduces anxiety and stress, through daily meditation practice, with Caring more. Our app was developed in collaboration with psycho-oncologists specialized in mindfulness and who participated in the design of the project and in the elaboration of meditation techniques and explanatory videos.
This project was born from the desire to seek help for cancer patients and their families.
The program was tested on six patients, and very positive results were obtained. Thus, the Caring for More app was launched on the market, which allows the practice of mindfulness to be accessible to all people seeking emotional support or psychological help.
How can mindfulness help you?
Through meditation and mindfulness exercises, we learn to focus on the present moment and to focus on the here and now. With this practice, we are able to relax the mind and become aware of our emotions, so that we can better manage them. To enhance the effects of meditation, it is recommended to practice it in a place free of noise or elements of distraction and with a comfortable temperature. It is important to disable alarms and devices that may disturb you during the process. These techniques can be practiced with background music, as long as it is relaxing and does not cause distraction.
Multiple clinical studies have demonstrated the beneficial effects of mindfulness as psychological support, help in cases of depression and anxiety therapy. 1-6
