USING THE ICO360 APP:
To access the ICO360 app, you must have access codes provided through the Institut Català d’Oncologia (ICO) ICOnnecta’t Program.
WHAT IS ICO360?:
ICO360 is a mobile app developed to improve communication between cancer patients and their healthcare professionals. It is designed for people receiving oncological or hematological treatment at the ICO, with the goal of minimizing the impact of the disease and improving their quality of life throughout the care and follow-up process.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS:
The app offers health education and reinforces psychosocial support to patients during their treatment. It periodically asks users to answer questions about their physical and emotional state. With this information, healthcare professionals can send messages to address their needs and provide recommendations that promote their well-being. In addition, ICO360 allows you to record secondary symptoms resulting from treatment and provides guidance on their management through health advice.
This follow-up is performed by a multidisciplinary team of professionals specializing in oncology and hematology.

ICO360 is not an emergency service and does not replace regular in-person visits within the ICO hospital network.
