Take5 For Safety is a small and simple tool to help you assess and control those hazards associated with the work task you are going to be completing.
It is designed as a simple checklist that asks questions prompting you to think about what the task you are going to do. The advantage of this app is that it is a standalone app that does not require you to have an active network connection, create accounts and potential problems with storing that data in a 3rd party cloud service.
Not needing an internet connection means that you can use this in most locations that either have poor services or you are in a location that blocks any signal.
This app generates a pdf for you of your competed Take5 and allows you to save or share based on the services you have on your device.
Another feature of this app is that it is written by people in the field and with the feedback from users of take5 booklets that are commonly found on Australian worksites.
Overall this app features the following:
3 Page checklist with a prompt at the bottom of each page to save your data before moving to the next page
Pdf rendering and sharing/saving of your finished Take5. The pdf consists of a single page.

Simple GPS location that is used to auto generate an address for fast autofilling. In some instances there may be no address - for these circumstances - use the location field to add in the relevant data.
