sorry, the app is still not working, at opening it asks to update to be able to use it, but an error prevents finalising the update. I removed care and stored data and still cannot use it

Not user friendly. Why am I redirected to a browser for logging in and the input of a new claim? I want to stay in the app at all times, because... it's an app. update: today I had 2 medical expenses to put in. I could add a scanned supporting document only for one, not for the other. Then the system blocked me from submitting the entire claim, saying that I need to add the 2nd document. Yes, I know, but there is no such button in my second expense of the same claim!
