TreC + is a new App, developed by the joint APSS / FBK laboratory of TrentinoSalute 4.0 in agreement with the Health Department and the Support Service to the General Management and ICT, which allows citizens to register for the TreC service and access their Electronic Health Record comfortably from smartphone or tablet.
Currently 85,000 Trentino citizens are enrolled in TreC, the digital health service platform that allows you to access your Electronic Health Record, consult reports and prescriptions online, pay for health services, manage your children's health records and much more.
Based on a study conducted by TrentinoSalute 4.0 in collaboration with the University of Trento through 35,000 questionnaires, it emerged that the vast majority of respondents prefer mobile applications to computer access. The goal of this new App is to broaden the user base.
The App can be activated at the counter or directly by the citizen independently if he already has SPID credentials or has activated his health card.
