The middle town of Pulheim, geographically located on the northwestern edge of the city of Cologne, extends over an area of around 7213 hectares. In its present extent it has existed since January 1, 1978. It combines the previously independent communities of Pulheim, Stommeln, Brauweiler and Sinnersdorf the districts of Stommelerbusch, Ingendorf, Dansweiler, Freimersdorf, Geyen, Sinthern, Manstedten and Orr!
