The Association of (Deaf) People Videatur from Zagreb has started implementing a project called Contemporary Social Services for the Hearing Impaired.
The project was approved by the Ministry of Demography, Family, Youth and Social Policy as part of an open call entitled Expansion of the Community Social Services Network - Phase 1; is funded by the European Social Fund, Operational Program Effective Human Resources 2014-2020. in the amount of HRK 1,499,382.72 with 100% aid intensity.
The project "Modern social services for the hearing impaired" aims to increase social inclusion for 100 hearing impaired people through the use of IT technology as a tool for providing social services in the community. The project was created as an expression of the needs of deaf and hard of hearing people in the Republic of Croatia and includes in the implementation of 10 Civil Society Organizations that bring together people with hearing impairments in their area.
