"Give me a Break" is an application that favors the entertainment and learning of the little ones in the house. This App will be oriented to Primary Education students, mostly to the last cycles of this. Through this application, users will have access to different educational areas; such as sports, science, cooking, housework, and crafts. Within each area, users will find different activities to carry out during the day, which will appear in different formats; as well as explanatory videos and tutorials, more explicit images, questions and answers, data of interest for each section and others.
This application is free to use and can be used from different technological devices, such as tablets and phones. Its content is fully developed with the possible needs of users in mind and with the desire that it be as personalized as possible, that is, that it adapts as much as possible to the tastes of all the people who may be interested.
With the use of this application, primary school students will have the possibility to carry out different activities, both alone, in the case of being an only child, and in a group, if there were more people. Taking into account the confinement situation experienced in recent months, we perceive as essential the creation of a work tool that allows the little ones in the house to entertain themselves while developing different educational skills that may be affected by the lack of presence at school .
In addition, this app aims to reduce parents' concern about their obligation to keep their working hours intact, since it offers activities to be carried out independently, without the need for the minor to be accompanied. Even so, it is remarkable that on some occasions in the recipes section, the help of an adult is necessary for certain cases in which actions that could be dangerous in the hands of the student are going to be carried out.
