Brazilian sushi began in the early part of the twentieth century thanks to the arrival of 165 Japanese families in Sao Paulo. Over time, the Japanese community in Brazil has become one of the largest present abroad and the meeting between the two different cultures has had the opportunity to increase its knowledge and create an increasingly characteristic culinary product capable of attracting curiosities around the world. , this curiosity in the last two decades has contributed to the vast creation of ethnic restaurants all over the world by marrying qualitatively with local traditions.
