The Ruuti project developed models of gender-sensitive guidance, coaching, and coaching for teachers, instructors, workplaces, supervisors, and coaches. The project was implemented from 1 September 2018 to 31 December 2020 in Kymenlaakso in co-operation between the University of Applied Sciences of South-East Finland, the Kouvola Region Vocational College and Adult Education Artist. The project was funded by the European Social Fund and the Häme Center for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment.
