By downloading the application, the logistics company distributor will be informed of the shipments to be delivered with their address information. The app allows the distributor to open the Cool Box and deliver the shipment to the recipient for pickup.
The shipment submitted will be reported to the application and stored in the backend.
In order to use the application, there must be a valid agreement between the carrier and Foodmail Finland. The use and download of the application is free for the pilot during the pilot. Later use is subject to separate agreement.
The application is designed to be as user-friendly as possible.
