The purpose of the App is to enhance interaction with nature and enrich environmental education activities in the Tapirapé Aquiri FLONA ecological trail circuit. The initiative is part of the Community Goes to the Forest Program, which aims to promote guided visits to the interior of the CU within the perspective of Critical Environmental Education. The visits are guided by the volunteer staff of FLONA, who undergo a rich training process on the ecological, socioenvironmental and historical aspects of the protected area and its regional context.
