For end users (farms, canals, etc.), it makes it possible to manage the declared existing withdrawal points, the associated uses and needs, both forecast and actual.
The application allows an advanced description (third parties and various contacts, sampling points, pumping equipment, metering devices, water reservoirs, etc.), with a view to the compliance of agricultural water withdrawals, for eligible uses such as irrigation, farming without irrigation, anti-freeze control, watering of non-ICPE animals, non-ICPE wine cellars, etc.
