AGconnect

With AGconnect, the employee manages his requests for work absences with his Smartphone:
- He consults his calendar and the balances of his various counters (CP balance for example).
- He makes an absence request simply from his calendar and automatically informs
its manager / validator.
- He follows the status of his requests (validated or rejected).
The advantages for the employee:
- Requests and absences are logged on a platform which ensures their traceability.
- The absence request procedure is fluid and standardized.
- The employee and his manager / validator are informed of the status of requests in real time
the employee and his manager / validator either sedentary, teleworking or traveling.

- As for its employees, the procedure is fluid and standardized, requests and leaves are
plots and historized.
- The company visualizes in the company calendar all the absences of all its employees.
- The company transfers all of the absence data to pay at the end of the month, in just one click
from the company to the AGpaie payroll software of its payroll service (internal pay with AGpaie) or
of its provider pays (pays in BPO with AGpaie).
To benefit from the AGconnect application, the employee's company must have subscribed to this option with
from the publisher of the AGpaie software (AGILE software) or from a user firm of the AGpaie software
(pay in BPO).
