The CFTC Syndicat Libre Justice succeeded the CFTC prison union during the 2012 congress which took place at the confederal headquarters in puppet by the will of its then president Armand Minet.
Refusing ideological thinking and partisan slogans, the CFTC Syndicat Libre Justice is a social construction union favoring social dialogue and the "common good" rather than the class struggle which sets its objectives independently of political parties and religions.
It brings together all the staff of the Ministry of Justice, whether they are contractual or civil servant, whether they work in the direction of the prison administration, in the judicial protection of young people or in a court, whether the 'we are supervisory staff, clerk, educator, administrative, technical or in the body of integration staff and whatever your rank or your contract at the Ministry of Justice, there will always be a CFTC Syndicat Libre Justice delegate for you accompany you to train and defend yourself as a person, faithful to our slogans "the human first" and "the life to defend" because for the CFTC SLJ, it is necessary to defend the quality of life at work and the course of life, no only at work, but also outside of professional activity.
