The Knauf Circular® collection service is operational throughout mainland France with 18 collection and recycling sites.
He understands :
• The provision of empty collection bags, with a useful volume of 1 m3 of EPS waste.
• Collection of bags by Knauf Circular® on site and within 10 days, under the conditions of a minimum of 5 closed bags of clean EPS waste. The organization of the collection (terms, date and place of collection) is carried out by simply calling the toll-free number 0801 800 085 of Knauf Circular®.
• The delivery at the time of loading of a tracking slip for the traceability of its EPS waste.
• The transport of the bags collected to a processing site of the KNAUF Group authorized to receive this clean EPS waste then their recycling by incorporation into the production process of EPS products or by an authorized body.
Types of EPS collected by Knauf Circular®:
• Clean, white and gray EPS
• EPS without food residues (rinsed in the case of crates or packaging containing fish or other food products)
• PSE of construction site and devoid of any other product.
• EPS of different shapes, sizes or densities.
• PES from biomass.
• The presence of dust and traces of earth is tolerated.
Caution :
• The EPS must not contain or be associated with any foreign body.
• Waste and offcuts of white EPS and gray EPS must be separated.
• Other foams (PU, PE…) are not accepted
