Div’in Nature is a mobile application aimed at French customers looking for local products. This application is linked to a back office available on computer for the owner of the Div'in Nature and Tout un Fromage shops.
The main sections are:
- Products: Where the customer can choose between two main categories: Fruits & Vegetables and Meats & Cheeses.
- Orders: Where the customer can consult his current and past orders.
- My account: Where the customer can discuss with the owner of the store, modify his personal data, add and modify his withdrawal and payment method, as well as consult the general conditions and legal notices on the company.
The sales process is as follows: The customer chooses his products, adds them to the basket, then sends his order to the store for approval. Once the availability and the exact weight of the products have been checked, the store owner returns the validated / modified basket to the customer.
Any change of order or stock shortage can be arranged directly between the customer and the store manager via the chat available in the application.
The customer then has several hours to validate and pay for this order. He then chooses the withdrawal mode and the time slot that suits him.
The order withdrawal system is very practical, the customer has two options:
- Pick up at the store during opening hours
- Collection in lockers next to the store 24 hours a day
