The DANE application was truly thought of as the companion of digital uses for teachers. The application becomes a resource that can be used on a daily basis by teachers, but not only ... At our salons, it allows you to grasp the information, to go further, to explore the tracks that are presented. On a daily basis, with the students, it allows the construction of innovative lessons which exploit digital in a relevant way. When the teacher or the various departments of the rectorate seek to analyze what is being built, here too the application meets the need. By presenting the different approaches and devices according to the type of establishment and its geographic area, the application provides useful information that allows contextualizing teaching in a digital environment that evolves over the months. The application has voluntarily detached itself from websites to offer a strong user experience in line with an immediate need. It provides clear, short and precise answers, immediately exploitable resources and a permanent link with the services of the Academic Delegation to Educational Digital. This companion in the uses of digital is part of a multi-year project that captures and will understand the needs of the entire educational community.

The priority of the Nancy-Metz academy is the territorial implementation of the national educational policy relating to digital technology: it involves adapting its pace and its methods to the characteristics and needs of infra-academic territories and by the search for coherence and collaboration with the academies of the greater region.
To do this, the academy relies on three key elements:
- Local governance
-A logic of nested networks of collaborators and complementary partners
-A national, inter-academic and international opening
