The Achahada association aims to protect the right of all Muslims to eat halal (legal) meat by guaranteeing respect for religious rules in terms of selection of animals, slaughter and processing, in accordance with French law. and strict hygiene rules; defense of the moral and collective interests of Muslims in France, preservation of the Muslim tradition and religious practice while respecting French laws.

Achahada is a body that authenticates meat in slaughterhouses and performs verification through strict control. Achahada has no butcher's shop and no slaughterhouse. It provides services to slaughterhouses and processing centers for halal food products.
