IGN (National Institute of Geographic and Forestry Information) is implementing the Random application. This application is a collaborative reporting tool. It allows you to simply send reports as part of an information gathering campaign.
These reports may, for example, make it possible to build up a map of these observations which can be consulted on the internet and which will help the competent authorities in the processing of the information collected.
