Adocami allows therapists to host FTE workshops and enroll cohorts of their patients. Online workshops provide the patient with:
• Additional training as there is no time restriction, messages can be viewed at will.
• continuity of follow-up once patients return home.
• patient self-assessment, through the interpretation of data from connected objects and / or interactive exercises.
To therapists, they provide:
• ease of content creation, thanks to editing tools (training materials, interactive videos, exercises)
• the possibility of personalizing an already existing route distributed in the Adocami library
• Statistical monitoring of their patients, from data provided by connected objects and / or by data entered manually by patients.
The workshops are broken down into "educational grains", ordered together, which each contain educational resources (interactive videos, powerpoints, exercises ...). The consultation of these resources is recorded in order to provide the therapists with usage data.
Each of these grains can be associated with appointments. Their access is therefore conditioned on the fact that the patient has actually made these appointments face-to-face.
A CONCRETE CASE
Mr Dupont suffers from shoulder and wrist pain, he consults an MPR in Bagnoles de l'Orne. The doctor registers him for the workshop and provides him with a flyer containing a Flash Code to be scanned with his smartphone. During the scan, the patient enters an email and password, an account is then automatically created on Adocami with a registration to the TMSMS workshop.
Mr Dupont comes back to pass an EMG, then to be put a wrist brace, at each of these meetings, a Flyer is given to him, which unlocks an additional part of his workshop. New educational resources are provided to him, which explain, among other things:
• Good practices with the orthosis
• What is the purpose of taking an EMG
• Why it is important to come during the first face-to-face session of the workshop
Mr Dupont returns to the first session of the workshop, then to the second. In the same way, each time, a flyer is given to him and he accesses:
• All the videos of physiotherapists who break down the exercises to practice daily
• Advice from occupational therapists and ergonomists for adaptations at home and at work
• Advice from the social worker
• The testimonies of different expert patients, of very varied profiles, who tell their stories
Now the patient belongs to a group (the patients he met in FTE). He can keep in touch with those with whom he wishes to converse to keep abreast of developments.
He can inform his dashboard in order to follow his pain threshold, his personal evaluation of the evolution of his illness ... He can add to his dashboard data from his connected watch if the doctor believes with him that it is interesting to integrate this type of data into your care path. In return, his dashboard directs him towards this or that exercise or educational resource in order to respond to the evolution of his situation.
PEDAGOGICAL ENGINEERING
The creation of a new course in the platform is done after significant educational engineering work with STUDIT, or another service provider. STUDIT integrates the data resulting from this analysis into the platform. Freedom of creation is left to ETP course managers, in fact, they can:
- modify resources, their arrangement in grains and / or their content
- modify educational grains (and appointments) their layout in a workshop
- modify workshops
ACCOMMODATION
It is subcontracted to an HDS approved host by the Ministry of Health.
