To be able to use this app, you must first create a Pro account on our site https://www.washmee.fr/pro (section Pro).
Detail your company and its services, indicate that you do home washing and let yourself be guided!
The WashMee Pro mobile app will become your personal assistant:
• Receive washing orders from customers in real time;
• Accept them, refuse them or propose a new schedule;
• View in list view or on a map all your next washes to be performed;
• Notify your client that you are leaving for their vehicle, that you may be late, then that you are arriving at your destination;
• Modify the initial order on site if you have successfully upselling or if the service ordered was not suitable;
• Once the service has been performed, indicate that you have finished and initiate invoicing;
• Submit a new order directly to a customer registered in the WashMee app;
• Access the history of your services;
• View and respond to ratings and comments that your customers have posted;
• Analyze your activity with the reports.
In addition, everything you enter in the Pro area of the WashMee website will appear directly in the WashMee application for road users:
• Detail your business;
• Register one or more home washers with their schedules, intervention areas and average journey times between each wash;
• List your washing programs, your prices ...
• Create WashMee Pro calendars for each of the washers or connect the WashMee Pro calendar to one of your own calendars;
• Make promotions.
