- helps companies to carve their employees on a long-term basis and to complete their CSR report.
Home-to-Work Carpool Facilitator , weepil allows group members to alternate their driving tours fairly. In a carpool group, the driver of the day becomes a passenger the next day.
weepil is without any exchange of money , without having to systematically search for a carpool announcement in the morning to get to work and in the evening to go home. Just check his schedule via his smartphone to know who is driving and who is passenger!
weepil offers an automatic carpool planning to teammates according to the constraints and personal preferences of each (part time, teleworking, holidays, autosolisme certain days ...) and ensures that equity is always respected within the group. This proposed schedule can be easily modified to take into account last-minute changes.
With weepil, there's no need to carpool every day or all together every time!
weepil today is set on the website weepil.fr and the schedule can be viewed or modified its mobile application iPhone and Android .
There is also a mobile version m.weepil.fr which allows only the consultation of the planning on 9 sliding days.
The mobile app is only available to carpoolers who are attached to a group.
2 - CSR Stats
In the Premium version, carpooling data from employee-carpoolers are available:
- the carpooler himself, who can view the trips made as a driver, passenger. He can know the volume of CO2 saved by being a passenger or even declared teleworking ...
- the group of carpoolers, with anonymized aggregation of the data of each group carpooler
- the company of attachment of the employees, likewise with anonymized aggregation of the data of each carpooler attached to the company, with possible distribution by site. For example, the average occupancy rate of vehicles, the global volumes of CO2 emitted / saved, the energy performance indicator of the company ...
These data are available from the website weepil.fr . In the near future, an export of raw data in Excel format or accessible directly via APIs will be put in place to enable the integration of data into the information system of the client companies if necessary.

In reality, an organized carpool is very often multi-companies . The people met in their commune (during cultural or sports activities) or in their work area (colleagues but also partner / subcontractor companies, shops, various activities during the lunch break ...).
