Draft voluntary registration of Ukrainian citizens when traveling abroad ( "second") is an effective tool for prevention, if necessary - and wanted to assist the citizens of Ukraine in case of emergencies abroad - natural disasters, social unrest and military conflicts.

If you wish to register in the "friend" we have to fill in a questionnaire that includes the following sections:

Information about the person who travels
Itinerary and time abroad
Information about the close persons traveling
Contact person in Ukraine

In the event of an emergency in the country to which you are registered, the system will send the latest information in the form of a text message to your phone number or email message. In addition, the embassy or consulate of Ukraine will be able to communicate with you or with persons whom you mentioned in the questionnaire.
