HRP Track HP is an App for High Risk Pregnancy Tracking enablement. It is an unique and pioneering initiative by the Government of Himachal Pradesh.
The mission is to reduce the maternal mortality and infant mortality by ensuring proper care and timely intervention is done for the precious pregnancies.
There are a number of programs being run for the same, but without proper grass-root tracking of each individual pregnant woman this becomes a labour intensive, manual arduous task which often leads to loss of precious data and lack of knowledge of the outcome of such precious pregnancies.
With this digitization, ASHA and ANM workers can monitor the pregnant women under their care with ease and seamless integration.
