The Beweeg & Scoor Antwerpse Kempen campaign (or BSAK for short) is organized for civil servants, by civil servants, with the aim of encouraging us to exercise more in a low-threshold way.
During this campaign you will be challenged to exercise more with your colleagues! You will use this application to keep track of and share your healthy activities.
To motivate you extra, you take part in various challenges. If you follow the rules of these challenges, you will earn points for your healthy activities. You can then see how well your service is doing compared to the other services in your municipality.
In total, six Kempen municipalities participate in the campaign, as well as the 'Sport Vlaanderen Brasschaat' organization. Good luck!
