The FITGMR App Training Module provides training in all aspects of health designed specifically for cognitive athletes and performers, whether you are a gamer or any individual specializing in a field that requires focus, mental clarity, quick response times, accurate decision making and effective communication. Daily, coach-led programming provides the structure and cadence of workouts, yoga, meditation, and education, in order to provide a balanced and holistic approach to overall physical and mental health.

The FITGMR App also offers a Lifestyle monitoring system for athletes to develop an awareness around health and wellness. Being able to track the FITGMR 5 Pillars of Health in the Metrics Module gives cognitive performers the ability to gain insights and develop new habits and behaviors designed to improve in-game or in-life performance. These metrics also serve as a basis for determining Game Readiness for esports athletes.

The Metrics Module also includes a Game Performance assessment tool for gamers to create their own pre-performance routine and evaluate their in-game performance via an After Action Report. Using the Game Performance tool, all levels of gamers can benefit from a post-game or post-scrim evaluation and examine their performance beyond the staple win/loss ratio.

Specifically geared towards gamers and other cognitive performers whose craft requires extensive amounts of time sitting and intense hand, arm, shoulder usage
All yoga sets are stored in a library for users who would like to incorporate a daily yoga practice into their health and wellness journey
Meditation
Prescribed 1-2x a week in Today’s Daily Programming
Designed for all levels of practitioners
Specifically geared towards gamers and other cognitive performers who can benefit from mental training and increased clarity and focus
All guided meditations are stored in a library for users who would like to incorporate a daily meditation practice into their health and wellness journey
Education
