SIAP-ON

SIAP-ON application is an Android-based application designed to facilitate the attendance process with the main features of selfie photos and location validation with GPS. Employees can take attendance by taking selfie photos directly (real-time), which will then be verified by facial detection to ensure that the photo is in accordance with the procedure.

This application is also equipped with a location checking feature using GPS, where the admin can set a radius limit for each employee to ensure that all employees take attendance in the office area. If the employee's location is detected to be outside the office radius, the application will automatically stop the attendance process until the employee moves into the office area.

Employee attendance data (photos, coordinate locations, and times) are stored securely on the Sukoharjo Regency Communication and Informatics Service server. Furthermore, for more detailed management such as violations, TPP calculations, submission of permits for out-of-office work is carried out by the main admin and admins per each service using a website-based application.
