Healthy Community Data Collection Application
PUSKESMAS should be continuously encouraged to carry out Promotive-Preventive functions in Public Health. This application was developed as part of that effort. This application must meet the following conditions:
1. It is an Android based application so that it is easy to access
2. Available on Google Play Store
3. Applications must implement the latest technology in the Android API such as Jetpack.
4. The application can be used on Android Lollipop and above
5. Application users are PUSKESMAS field officers and PUSKESMAS cadres scattered throughout the community.
6. The application provides two main menus, namely community data collection based on the Healthy Indonesia Program with a Family Approach, and the Prolanis menu (Chronic Disease Management Program).
7. Prolanis activities that are entered through the application, can be followed up by the server and become a Healthy Visit - Home Visit on PCare. It is hoped that the PCare Health Visit entry process will increase.
8. In order to support the development of the Disease Distribution Map for the Rembang Health Office, the system provides a menu for field officers and PUSKESMS cadres to send the coordinates of the heads of families visited.
9. The Server application must be integrated with the Dukcapil Server, so that only knowing the number of the Head of the Family can be obtained by all family members. Thus the process of data collection and interviews with the community can be carried out quickly.
10. The Server application must be integrated with PCare so that Prolanis data entries can be reported in PCare.
11. Applications must be integrated with SIMPUS so that Prolanis activities can be categorized as Healthy Visits and sent to the PCare Application.
12. The application being developed is native Android with a Java platform server.
