DESCRIPTION: ADR4ALL is an application that simplifies the process of alternative dispute resolution that consumers have with companies by submitting cases to official bodies of the European Union Alternative Dispute Resolution (EED), which are included in the application.
CONNECTIONS: The ADR4ALL application uses your phone's internet connection (4G / 3G / 2G / EDGE or Wi-Fi - because data charges may apply during the operation of the application, contact your provider for details).
PROCEDURE: during the submission process the application will request your country of residence and the country where the business is located and will calculate whether the submission and / or settlement process is free or there is a cost. In both cases, the application will ask for your permission before proceeding with the submission process and the required (if any) payment. The ADR4ALL application then asks you for a history of the dispute as well as the contact details of the company and yours in order to begin the settlement process. After submitting the case, you can use the special key on the screen to photograph the unique four-digit number of your case and save it for future reference.
FREE DOWNLOAD: consumers can "download" the ADR4ALL app for free.
VERY MUCH: you can upload to the app information about your case in all formats, such as photos, documents in different formats, videos.
PROFILE CREATION DOES NOT NEED: in order not to need to remember another username or password, the ADR4ALL application allows you to submit as many cases as you wish without having to create a profile and account.
