Ansar in Islamic history are the people of Yathrib who supported the Messenger of God in Islam Muhammad bin Abdullah. They belong to the tribes of Al-Aws and Al-Khazraj, the sons of Harithah bin Thaalbah bin Amr bin Amer bin Harithah son of Umm Al-Qais bin Thaalba bin Mazen bin Al-Assad bin Al-Ghouth. They migrated to Yathrib after the torrent of the surge that led to the Ma'rib Dam, and they entered it after they fought with Jews until the matter was settled for them, and there were wars between the Aws and Khazrajs throughout the harsh period, the last of which was the day of Baath before the prophetic migration.
