EasyLedger is an app that record your money flow (expenses and revenues).
You can view your expense and revenue for a certain period (e.g. current month) in pie-chart or bar-chart form. Also you can compare your history revenues and expenses.
A key feature is text message extraction, by turning it on, the app will extract your (transaction) text messages from bank and automatically convert in to a "record" in the app. So you don't need to manually key-in.
Also, the app will automatically "tag" your transaction/message to your category based on you most recent "behavior". E.g. if you received a text message from bank shows that the merchant name is "John Bob's Special", when app extract it, it will display an untagged record/transaction, if you click it and choose its category as "Restaurant". Then all the future text message that you received (that you spend in "John Bob's Special") will be automatically categorized into "Restaurant".
The ideal situation of the app is that after use it for a while, you don't need to enter anything, because app do all that for you. All you want to do is to see the chart and view how much you spend in different "Categories" (e.g. Grocery, Shopping...).
Current support banking text message is "RBC" in Canada.
