Assistenza tecnica

NetAssistance is an application that allows its technical assistance network to operate in off-line mode, using all the technical information made available by the DB.Win / Star4 management system. Through a connection to the company information system (via LAN or Internet) the interventions entered are sent to the management system while all the data necessary for the application are received and updated locally. Specially designed for 7-inch or larger screens to facilitate data consultation, it allows easy signing directly on the tablet screen to generate the intervention forms in PDF format which are sent by email to the customer and the service center.

For correct operation, the DB.Win intranet infrastructure is required.
