It is possible to choose the type of loan (housing or cash). In the case of a home loan, additional options are displayed: monthly rent, percentage of APN subsidy, number of years of APN subsidy. The monthly rent increases the total cost of the housing loan if the loan repayment does not start immediately, but for a selected number of months (depending on the date of the loan).
