Enc check the applications that you can easily check the status on your ETC of HAC.
On the first screen you need to enter a user name and password that you typed in the pages of HAC (https://prodaja.hac.hr).
If you are a new user, and you do not know your user name from the portal, you can check the condition so that the username and password you type the first 12 characters from your ETC. (Xx xxxxxxxxxx yyyy)
In the event that, for whatever reason, can not access the site HAC, shown last known balance noting that this is Offline state.
