The home of the Vojvodina Hungarian Training, Research and Cultural Center (VM4K) is in the renovated Donát Mór house in Szabadka. The mission of VM4K, which is part of the László Szekeres Foundation (SZLA), but operates as an independent organizational unit, is to strengthen the community.
Through its training, it is the house of knowledge that can be acquired in Hungarian, and this knowledge includes the knowledge material of basic, further and master's courses in higher education, as well as the acquisition of usable theoretical and practical competence provided by accredited training courses, seminars and various courses. Through his research, he maps the needs, ideas and problems of the Hungarian community in Vojvodina. The focus of its cultural events is the common cross section provided by the arts, the phenomena that define community and public life, and its experts map the interactions and possibilities of the network of cultural services and institutions.
It is present with its researches, analyses, studies, articles and analyzes of its external experts covering all areas affecting the Hungarian community in Vojvodina and helps the areas, as well as the work of various organizations and their key players, in planning their strategic goals and development policy.
The Vojvodina Hungarian Training, Research and Cultural Center also considers it to be an active shaper of Hungarian professional public life in Vojvodina, by reaching a wider public. It organizes conferences, professional round tables, discussion forums, workshops and background discussions.
At the center of his thinking and activity is the individual who longs for community: through his programs, speakers, and performers, the children themselves, young people, adults, the elderly and the elderly create a value-based, open-spirited community.
Club life is part of the community-creating approach: Köz.Klub holds its events regularly, every Thursday, but also organizes movements and promotions related to occasions.
The previously acquired professional experience and results of VM4K's employees and external experts in the fields of training, research, culture and event organization are fulfilled in cooperation with various institutions and organizations, establishing the level of the institution's operation.
