About Plandurance

In the Plandurance program, we have included everything that those who are just starting to run may need. We help you from the first running steps, so that your preparation is personalized and injury-free, and ultimately a source of joy, not drudgery.

Our training plans were not written by an automaton, a sports watch calculator or some kind of impersonal artificial intelligence. Behind our training plans are real professionals with coaching qualifications, whom you can even meet or talk to!

What can the application do?
During the 12-week program, you receive your workouts here, you can manage them here, and the program also stores the data of the completed workouts. Workouts will be visible week by week in the application, as well as rest days.
On a training day, all you have to do is start the day's training and when you're done, mark it as done. If you have a heart rate monitor or sports watch, you can also easily connect it with the application.
Next to each workout, you will find a description of it, in which we describe in detail what to pay attention to and how to complete the given day's workout. We help you understand what feelings are associated with each workout and intensity. We will hold your hand and help you maintain your motivation.
During the training, you can monitor how much time is left from the training and the given section, what heart rate/intensity you are running at the moment, and what pace is associated with it on your phone screen. Don't be scared, in the beginning you will most likely just walk/hike. But over time, this will become intense walking, which will soon be replaced by running.
