mobilGAZDA is the Hungarian Treasury's application for agricultural and rural development subsidies, which works on mobile devices and facilitates communication between farmers and the Treasury. Please note that registration is required to use the application, which can be done via the application and the https://www.mvh.allamkincstar.gov.hu/ website.
Services available with simplified registration (without entering the customer ID) or by logging in with a Facebook or Gmail account:
- Contact details: contact details of the customer services of the Treasury and county government offices related to agricultural and rural development subsidies;
- Question and answer: viewing frequently asked questions and answers, as well as formulating general questions for the customer service;
- Appointment booking: possibility to book an appointment for customer service(s), cancellation;
- News, information: displaying news and information corresponding to the interests set in the user account.
With advanced registration (by entering a customer ID), the following services are available in addition to the above:
- Question-answer: formulating your own questions for customer service in all categories;
- Calendar: displaying personalized calendar entries sent by the Treasury, tracking deadlines;
- Messages: display personalized messages sent by the Treasury.
After logging in as a Central Identification Agent (hereinafter: KAU), the following services are available in addition to the above:
- Status of cases: the main data of the applications submitted to the agricultural and rural development body, the status of their assessment;
- Current account data: payments, deductions, compensations related to applications submitted to the agricultural and rural development body;
- Customer register: viewing the data entered in the Customer register, requesting an official certificate;
- Unified application area data: viewing and map display of the main data of the areas declared in the unified application;
- Re-sowing, agro-techniques: unified request for notification of data changes regarding re-sowing and agro-technical operations;
- Notification of force majeure: possibility of notification of force majeure event at the application level and for areas in the unified application;
- Area measurement for own use: it provides an opportunity to survey different areas based on the location data of the device and to save the surveyed areas, which are available on the unified application interface and can be imported into the application if applicable, and can also be extracted in shape format and the coordinates can also be exported;
- Photo at the request of the paying agency: possibility to take a photo in the position and direction requested by the Treasury;
- Area measurement at the request of the paying agency: area measurement option in the area requested by the Treasury.
The mobilGAZDA application can be run and used as intended on any mobile device that meets the required minimum system requirements.
