ASKME FTTM ITB is a ticketing application that is used by employees and lecturers in the ITB FTTM environment, this technique is used by employees and lecturers to request assistance to various fields in the ITB FTTM so that it can be followed up and recorded systemically.

In this application employees and lecturers can make a ticket that is intended for various parts, such as:

in addition there is also a menu that informs various website links that are often used by employees and lecturers to facilitate access to the website.

By using ASKME, the user who makes the service request ticket will be able to monitor the status of the request starting from the sent, working or finished work status, there is also information on how long the request was processed.
