As mandated in Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University established an Information Management and Documentation Officer (PPID) initially through the Decree of the Chancellor of the Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University Number 665/UN43/KP/SK/2018 concerning Information Management Officers And the documentation at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University was later changed to the Rector's Decree Number: 106/UN43/KPT.OT.01.02/2021 concerning the Appointment of Information Management and Documentation Officers (PPID) Implementing Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University.
In order to realize a good documentation and information service system, Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University must have an Information Management and Documentation Officer, hereinafter referred to as PPID, who is responsible for storing, documenting, providing, and/or providing information services at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University.
